Terms and Conditions of Contracting
This website is owned by ENRIC MAJORAL, S.L. (hereinafter MAJORAL), with Tax ID No. B60982311 and registered address at Barcelona, C/ Zamora 91-95, Sobreàtic 3a, Postal Code 08018 Barcelona.
The CUSTOMER, at the moment of completing the registration process and purchasing any of our products, expressly accepts and submits to the clauses specified below, as well as to the conditions of access and use of our portal and its privacy policy, accessible through the link "Privacy Policy".
The CUSTOMER acknowledges having sufficient legal capacity to be contractually bound.
This contract is permanently accessible in the legal notices section of our website.
1. Prices and Taxes
As consideration for the purchased product, the CUSTOMER expressly agrees to pay MAJORAL the amounts specified at the time of purchase in the price list established on the website www.majoral.com for the selected products.
The products offered on this website are subject to Value Added Tax (VAT), which IS INCLUDED in the prices detailed for each product.
Shipping costs are NOT included in the price of the products.
Once the product selection has been completed and prior to order confirmation and before proceeding with payment, the final purchase price will appear on screen, including VAT (Value Added Tax), handling, packaging and shipping costs, which will be reflected in the order at the time of purchase and on the invoice.
For deliveries made to Ceuta, Melilla and the Canary Islands, VAT will be deducted from the invoice and the charge. However, the CUSTOMER shall be solely responsible for the payment of any taxes or customs duties applicable to the purchase made.
Corporate Customers resident in third countries belonging to the European Union may request, for deliveries in those countries and if entitled, that the purchased products be invoiced without VAT.
Customers from third countries outside the European Union shall be responsible for the payment of any taxes or customs duties that may exist in their countries of residence for the purchase made, as well as for carrying out, if they so wish, the procedures before the Spanish tax authorities for the reimbursement of the VAT paid, which in any case will be declared by MAJORAL as collected VAT.
Anything not expressly specified in the product description as included shall not be included.
2. Purchase Procedure
Orders through this website may only be placed by natural persons over 14 years of age and companies.
All our products are detailed individually on the website. The procedure for placing and managing a purchase is indicated on the website and the following steps must be followed:
a. Choose the product you wish to purchase.
b. Upon selecting a product, it may be added to the Shopping Cart and you may choose between continuing shopping or processing the order.
c. To process the order, a form with personal data must be completed.
d. The order will then be verified, detailing each selected item and calculating the total price.
e. A billing address for the purchase must also be indicated.
f. Once the process has been completed, a checkbox confirming reading and acceptance of the terms and conditions of sale must be selected beforehand.
g. The website will provide the mechanisms to make payment according to the system chosen in each case.
h. After entering the payment details, the order must be confirmed by pressing the "Place Order" button.
i. Once the "Place Order" button has been pressed, order processing will begin.
The CUSTOMER acknowledges being informed that photographs of the products published as samples on the website may differ, non-substantially, from the products offered, since colours or shapes may be perceived differently by each consumer depending on multiple variables, such as the devices used for viewing or environmental conditions such as lighting. However, these or other variables shall never alter the characteristics of the products, which shall be those described on the website and, in any case, the CUSTOMER may exercise the right of withdrawal as indicated in these conditions.
Furthermore, the CUSTOMER acknowledges being informed that, in compliance with the internal control measures provided for in Article 26 of Law 10/2010 on the Prevention of Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing, the data, information and documentation provided for the provision of this online sale form part of the procedures and internal policy for the prevention of money laundering. Therefore, MAJORAL shall carry out the necessary actions in order to verify the data and documentation provided for the purposes of complying with Articles 3 and 4 of Law 10/2010 relating to customer identification and knowledge and their operations.
The CUSTOMER certifies that the documentation and information provided, at MAJORAL's request, is authentic and truthful and undertakes to provide supporting documentation when required. Likewise, the CUSTOMER undertakes to provide MAJORAL with any updated documentation requested relating to formal identification data, beneficial ownership, nature of business or professional activity, financial capacity, origin of funds, etc., as well as any additional verification documentation that may be required in application of the due diligence measures required by current legislation.
3. Availability and Delivery
The products offered by MAJORAL are available for distribution worldwide.
Orders will be processed once payment has been correctly received.
In order to keep you informed at all times about the management of your purchase, you will receive an email confirming your order and payment.
The products offered by MAJORAL shall always be subject to availability, which will be specifically indicated on our website for each product; therefore, if any offered item is not available, the customer will be duly informed of the lack of availability for purchase. Under normal conditions, all products appearing on our website are available for delivery within the indicated timeframes.
In cases where, after placing the order, the product contracted by the CUSTOMER is out of stock, the CUSTOMER will be duly informed and offered an alternative product with similar characteristics, of equal price and quality to the one purchased. If the CUSTOMER is not interested in accepting the proposed alternative, MAJORAL will refund the amount paid and inform the CUSTOMER of the reimbursement procedures and deadlines.
As a general rule, the maximum delivery period for the purchased product, provided it is not personalised, shall be:
- Shipments to the Iberian Peninsula: between 3 and 5 working days
- Shipments to the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands and the rest of the European Union: between 5 and 7 working days
- Shipments to the rest of the world: approximately 1 month
To request express shipments, customers must contact MAJORAL directly at info@majoral.com.
These timeframes are calculated from the moment of purchase and from the moment payment has been confirmed. These delivery periods are approximate and in no case binding on MAJORAL.
The delivery service is carried out in collaboration with different logistics operators and never to non-permanent addresses. Shipping costs depend on the destination. The transport cost shall be:
- €12 for national shipments (Peninsula, Canary Islands and Balearic Islands)
- €20 for shipments within the European Union
- €175 for shipments to the rest of the world
It will also be possible to personally collect the order at the store; this option will be offered during the purchase process.
Deliveries will be made on working days (Monday to Friday). The CUSTOMER is advised to communicate preferred delivery times when completing the order details.
Delivery of the purchased product to the address shall be carried out by the carrier together with a delivery note at the address indicated in the order, which the customer must sign as proof of receipt. The CUSTOMER will also be duly informed in the event of any incident or delay in delivery for any reason.
If delivery is not possible due to the absence of the recipient, the carrier will contact the CUSTOMER directly and indicate the steps to follow. If the impossibility of delivery is caused by an incorrect address, the cost of reshipment shall be borne by the CUSTOMER. MAJORAL shall not be responsible for delays attributable to the carrier.

4. Payment and Payment Terms
The following payment methods are accepted:
- Credit card, debit card and/or Bizum: the transaction is carried out by connecting directly with the banking entity REDYS / Banco de Sabadell through its payment gateway.
- PayPal: the transaction is carried out by connecting directly with the entity.
- Bank transfer: the bank account number is provided to make the payment.
Once payment has been made, a confirmation email will be received.
MAJORAL does not have knowledge of the data relating to your credit card. All our payment systems are completely secure.
Payments are made prior to delivery of the product or provision of the service; therefore, MAJORAL will not provide the requested product until the corresponding payment has been received. MAJORAL reserves the right to temporarily or permanently cancel services provided in the event of any incident related to collection.
5. Invoices
Upon making the corresponding payment, you will receive the invoice for your purchase in PDF format by email at the time the order is processed, provided that the CUSTOMER has expressly requested it.
The CUSTOMER is responsible for confirming receipt of notifications and for communicating any modification of their data, MAJORAL being exempt from any liability arising from this circumstance.
6. Warranty
All our products are subject to quality controls and are guaranteed against production defects for a period of 3 years from the date of delivery of the product.
The warranty covers any manufacturing, design or material defect and only defective products. It does not cover impacts, improper use or other causes not attributable to a supplier defect or product flaw.
During the warranty period, the CUSTOMER may return the product and it will be repaired, replaced, subject to a price reduction or contract termination, as appropriate, all free of charge for the CUSTOMER.
Transport costs derived from returns under warranty shall NOT be borne by the CUSTOMER.
The warranty document is the purchase invoice.
7. Returns
The following return conditions do not apply in the event of exercising the right of withdrawal.
Outside the right of withdrawal (explained in section 8), exchanges will only be accepted in cases of:
- manufacturing defect,
- damage during transport,
- delivery errors.
In any case, no more than 14 days must have elapsed since receipt of the product and the packaging and accessories must be included.
If all accessories or original packaging cannot be included, the CUSTOMER shall be responsible for any decrease in value of the goods resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
It will be previously verified that it is a manufacturing or packaging defect and not improper or negligent use, handling or storage. The corresponding delivery note or invoice must always be included.
In the event of replacement due to defect or order error, the CUSTOMER will be offered, where possible, repair or replacement at no additional cost and without entitlement to compensation.
Shipping costs for the repaired or correct product shall be borne by MAJORAL.
Replacement shall always be subject to prior examination by MAJORAL of the condition of the product.
MAJORAL reserves the right to reject replacements notified or sent outside the established period or products not in the same condition in which they were received.
Replacements shall be managed by sending an email to info@majoral.com, describing the reasons for the request and indicating name, surname and order number.
8. Right of Withdrawal
Given the nature of the product (goods made according to consumer specifications or clearly personalised) and in accordance with Article 103.c of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, the right of withdrawal does not apply to this contract.
Where applicable, the withdrawal period shall expire 14 calendar days from the day on which you or a third party indicated by you acquires physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, notification must be sent to ENRIC MAJORAL, S.L. at info@majoral.com by means of an unequivocal statement. You may use the following model withdrawal form set out below, although its use is not mandatory.

Consequences of withdrawal
In the event of withdrawal, all payments received will be refunded, including delivery costs (except additional costs resulting from a delivery method other than the least expensive).
The refund will be made without undue delay and, in any event, within 14 calendar days from notification.
The CUSTOMER shall bear the direct costs of return, which will be deducted from the refund, except in the case of defect or error attributable to MAJORAL.
The refund will be made using the same payment method.
MAJORAL may withhold the refund until the goods or proof of return have been received.
The goods must be in perfect condition, without signs of use, deformation, scratches or stains.
9. Perfection of the Contract and Modifications
The contract is perfected upon payment of the product.
MAJORAL reserves the right to modify the characteristics and conditions of its services with the aim of improving them and benefiting the CUSTOMER.
10. Obligations of the Parties
MAJORAL undertakes to provide the contracted products and services with maximum diligence and to manage logistics, shipping and delivery operations.
The CUSTOMER undertakes to use the services in good faith, in compliance with current legislation, and to pay for the product in due time and form.
MAJORAL does not guarantee continuous availability of the service due to external causes such as Internet problems, breakdowns or unforeseeable circumstances.
11. Communications
Notifications shall preferably be made by email.
The CUSTOMER is responsible for updating their data.
In accordance with Law 34/2002, commercial communications will be sent to the email provided, on a revocable basis.

12. Commitment, Acceptance and Validity of the Contract
The CUSTOMER declares having read and accepted the legal conditions and privacy policy.
The CUSTOMER acknowledges having understood all information relating to the products and services and fully accepts the electronic contract.
Acceptance occurs by entering data and pressing the "Make Payment" button.
13. Applicable Law
This contract is commercial in nature and shall be governed by Spanish law.
In the event of conflict:
- if the CUSTOMER acts as a consumer → courts of their domicile;
- if the CUSTOMER is a company or resides outside the EU → courts of Barcelona (Spain).
