Delicate scales, like matte glitter, make up a Japanese pattern based on such a basic and stylized figure that vaguely recalls radial rays of a star, the umbrella of a Geisha or the corolla of a flower. Jewels were small flakes form surfaces like breastplates of medieval warriors, coats of oxidized battles or just the shell of a mythological animal.
