HOME DELIVERY SERVICE
The territorial sphere of sales through the Shop is worldwide. The products purchased through the Shop will be sent to the delivery address provided by the user once payment has been checked, the maximum delivery time being thirty (30) days established by default by law.
The delivery service of Enric Majoral, S.L. – Majoral is done in collaboration with different logistical operators of recognized renown. PO boxes, hotels or other non-permanent addresses will not be recognized for delivery.
The delivery costs correspond to the destination in question. The local transport costs (Barcelona) will be 5€. Nationally for the rest of Peninsula, Balearics, 10€. European Economic Community 20€, and the rest of the world 45€.
The user has a right of waiver by which they must contact to Majoral’s Customer Support Department and waive the purchase within a period not greater than seven (7) working days, as from the reception of the product. The product must be sent together with its original Majoral envelope and in perfect condition within a period not greater than thirty (30) days, to the follow address:

The waiver includes the refund of the amount paid for the piece, shipment costs not included. Any extra transport charge due to the waiver will be born by purchaser. The time period for making this refund will be established by Law, after Enric Majoral, SL has received the product which is the objective of the waiver in a perfect state of conservation.
The right to waiver cannot be exercised when the product is not returned in its original packaging and when the product is not in perfect condition.
An exchange of size or model can be made within 14 working days of receipt of your order. The product must be in its original packaging and in perfect condition.
Contact Majoral’s Customer Support Department in advance and we will inform you of the available options.
For size changes::
Send the jewelry to Majoral, we will adjust and reship it within no more than 7 business days.
For model changes, we offer you two options:
Option 1: Return the product to Majoral in advance of your new purchase, we will proceed to refund the amount paid as soon as we receive and verify it. Shipping costs will be borne by the purchaser.
Option 2: Make a new purchase before returning the product:
In this case, the same courier who will deliver the new order, will pick up the return package at no cost. Once received and verified, we will proceed to credit the amount paid. Service only available in Spain
