Exchanges and returns
The user has a right of waiver by which they must contact to Majoral’s Customer Support Department and waive the purchase within a period not greater than fourteen (14) working days, as from the reception of the product. The product must be sent together with its original Majoral envelope and in perfect condition to the follow address:

The waiver includes the refund of the amount paid. The time period for making this refund will be established by Law, after Enric Majoral, SL has received the product which is the objective of the waiver in a perfect state of conservation.
The right to waiver cannot be exercised when the product is not returned in its original packaging and when the product is not in perfect condition.
An exchange of size or model can be made within 14 working days of receipt of your order. The product must be in its original packaging and in perfect condition.
Contact Majoral’s Customer Support Department in advance and we will inform you of the available options.
For size changes::
Send the jewelry to Majoral, we will adjust and reship it within no more than 7 business days.
For model changes, we offer you two options:
Option 1: Return the product to Majoral in advance of your new purchase, we will proceed to refund the amount paid as soon as we receive and verify it. Shipping costs will be charged to the customer.
Option 2: Make a new purchase before returning the product:
In this case, the same courier who will deliver the new order, will pick up the return package at no cost. Once received and verified, we will proceed to credit the amount paid. Service only available in Spain
