Majoral presents its new Sapphire Ethical Symbol collection, inspired by universal ethical values
The intensive work in the Majoral workshops in recent months has borne fruit and we are able to present the new Sapphire Ethical Symbol collection. This new collection of the firm, designed by Roc Majoral, is a commitment to universal ethical values. The Sapphire Ethical Symbol collection is now available in our shops in Barcelona, Formentera and Ibiza and our online shop.
The collection has been created with the intention of obtaining jewellery capable of speaking of tales of love, nature and solidarity, as well as commitment to universal ethical values. These values are also transmitted through the raw materials used in their manufacture. These rings have been made with 18 k certified gold and natural colour sapphires certified by Wennick-Lefèvre. On the other hand, these certifications guarantee the traceabilty of the stones and their completely traditional craft cutting process.
Each ring from the new Sapphire Ethical Symbol collection has the seal of the Fairmined certification. This seal guarantees that the gold comes from traditional craft mines where the extraction has been done respectfully, safely, fairly and in a dignified manner, in terms of both the environment and people.
With this new collection, at Majoral we confirm our commitment to promoting fair and responsible jewellery that is also artisanal and inspiring. For us, jewellery represents a determinant cultural activity. That is why we produce our jewellery, as is the case of the new Sapphire Ethical Symbol collection, using traditional craftsmanship. We consider that only in this way are we capable of making jewellery a subject capable of transmitting the universal ethical values we believe in.
