Conditions of purchase
It depends on whether the product you have ordered is available in our warehouse. If available, it would take a maximum of 10 days to receive it. If it is not available, we will keep you promptly informed of the delivery time.
The only additional costs will only be transportation and, if applicable, that corresponding to special jewelery wrappers, if you have previously requested them. The cost of transport will vary depending on the country in which you reside.
Majoral will send you the product fully insured and at no additional charge to you.
Your products will be shipped by UPS (or the designated company where appropriate) and delivered personally to your home.
In accordance with the legislation in force in the Spanish State (Organic Law 15/1999 December 13 and Law 34/2002 July 11 of Information Services and Electronic Commerce) we guarantee your privacy and under no circumstances will the data provided by you be provided to third parties or companies.
If you do not enter the personal data that appears some forms on this site may result in Majoral not being able to understand your request.
The web Majoral has a secure SSL and CES payment system that prevents any possible manipulation of your data when they are sent over the Internet. The details of your Visa or Mastercard, for example, will only be legible from the bank that will act as an intermediary between you and Enric Majoral SL.
Up to €300 you can make the purchase with the credit card payment system. From €300 you will have the payment system by means of a transfer to the bank account that will be indicated in an email after completing the order.
From €300 you will be obliged to make the payment through the bank transfer procedure. Once the order has been completed, you will receive an email from us where we will indicate the bank account number where you will make the deposit in the name of Enric Majoral SL. In the transfer it is very important that your name and also the Order number appear. The Order will not be considered valid until you send us the proof of the transfer to our email email@example.com and until the deposit in our bank account. The transfer must be made in Euros and all commissions must be your responsibility.
Payment can only be made in Euros. It must also be done in this currency if the transfer payment system is used. Exchange and transfer fees must be your responsibility.
Currently, most bank card users must give specific authorization to their bank to activate the possibility of making purchases over the Internet. Once your authorization is given, you will receive a pin code that will allow you to authorize your purchases. This system is called CES and is currently the safest.
If you want to cancel an order or part of it, you need to contact us and tell us which item you want to cancel. Likewise, you must indicate the Order Number and the reference that was assigned to you at the time of making the purchase. You can cancel the order or part of it during the first 60 minutes after confirmation.
The maximum delivery time is 25 days. If after this period you have not received your order, please contact us as soon as possible indicating your Order Number and the Reference that was assigned to you at the time of making the purchase.
Always check your order immediately after receiving it. If you notice that the product has suffered damage due to transport, immediately notify the company that made the shipment and describe the damage observed. Send us a message as soon as possible indicating the damage, the order number and the reference assigned to you at the time of purchase so that we can replace the product as soon as possible. If the product is not available in our warehouse, we will notify you immediately in case it is necessary to return the purchase amount.
If you find that your order has not arrived completely, please contact us as soon as possible to tell us your Order Number and the Reference that was assigned to you at the time of making the purchase.
If you have received your order with a wrong product, contact us as soon as possible indicating your Order Number and the Reference that was assigned to you at the time of making your purchase.
If after receiving the order you want to return part or all of it, contact us as soon as possible indicating your Order Number and the Reference that was assigned to you at the time of making the purchase. Remember that once the order is received, you have 7 business days to notify us of your decision (According to Article 44 of Law 7/1996 of January 15 on the Regulation of Retail Trade modified by Law 47/2002 of December 19) The product to return must be in perfect condition and must be accompanied by the same packaging that was attached. If what you want is to change it with another item, let us know and we will tell you what the availability of the new item is. The return costs and those of the new shipment will be at your expense.
If the exchange or return is the result of our error, please contact us and we will pay the shipping and return costs. In the event of a return, once we have received the merchandise and it has been verified that it is in good condition, we will proceed to refund the corresponding amount according to the payment method used at the time you made the payment, and where appropriate if applicable, taking into account the amount of the new product purchased.
